Refunds are available under the following conditions: Ticketed Events: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. Free Play Passes & Memberships: Refunds are granted within 7 days of purchase, provided the pass has not been activated or used. Private Bookings: Deposits for private event rentals are non-refundable but may be transferred to a different date with at least 72 hours’ notice. To request a refund, please email us with your name, order number, and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. We Get It — Sometimes Plans Change! If you’ve booked a game night or a party and something came up — no worries. Here’s how we handle refunds: Give us a heads-up at least 2 days before an event, and we’ll refund you in full. Bought a pass but haven’t used it yet? You’ve got a week to change your mind. Booking a private bash? We can’t refund the deposit, but we’re happy to reschedule if you tell us 3+ days ahead.
